The reformulation of a branch of the largest bank in Latin America, involving interior design, communication and processes to streamline and modernize service.
Inspired by virtual interfaces, we created an innovative consumer experience in the real world. Services were transformed into products, arranged in a gondola, similar to the smartphone interface. Managers have been transformed into 3D characters with characteristics and personalities related to the products they offer. An ambitious project that has transformed the bank's branch located in the popular São Paulo avenue, where the largest companies in the country’s financial center are.
